Introducing Afshan Khan– founder and CEO of FastMove Packages:

Ms. Afshan Khan is a dynamic entrepreneur, industrial designer, and influencer with a passion for making a positive impact on the business ecosystem for females and youth at both national and international levels. As the Managing Director of FastMove Packages, Ms. Afshan Khan brings her extensive expertise and entrepreneurial acumen to lead a successful industrial enterprise.

Ms. Afshan Khan actively contributes to accelerating prosperity in Pakistan. As a team lead at Durshal, a prominent incubator, they lead with passion and innovation, empowering budding entrepreneurs in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Their commitment to nurturing talent and supporting startups is further showcased through their engagement as an Incubator at accelerating prosperity, an AKDN Initiative. During this time, they embraced the role of a self-employed individual, embodying the entrepreneurial spirit that drives them.

Their journey in empowering others began earlier as an Office Manager at European Complex, where they skillfully managed administrative affairs, exhibiting their organizational prowess. Additionally, their expertise as a Financial Consultant at EFU Life Assurance Limited contributed to financial planning and securing futures for clients in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

This enterprising individual’s zeal for learning and growth led them to intern at PTCL, where they gained valuable insights into the telecommunications industry, based at the headquarters in Islamabad.

With a passion for entrepreneurship, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the prestigious Business School of Atlis Milan Italy. This program, undertaken from July 2021 to November 2021, honed their skills in innovative business strategies and fostering a growth mindset.

Their journey in project management began at Szabist Islamabad, where they pursued a Master of Project Management from 2012 to 2015. Equipped with essential project management skills, they acquired the expertise to lead and execute projects efficiently and effectively.

Deepening their knowledge of language and culture, they earned a Diploma in Arabic and an Understanding Qur’an from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, in 2012. This provided them with valuable insights into Arabic language and culture, fostering cross-cultural understanding.

Prior to these achievements, they completed a BBA (Hons.) in Finance from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, from 2009 to 2012, equipping them with a solid foundation in financial management and analysis.

Their academic journey began at Pakistan Higher Secondary School, RAK, UAE, where they completed their HSSC (FBISE) in the Pre-Medical field in 2008 and Matriculation/SSC (FBISE) in Science in 2006.

With an array of experiences in diverse domains, this professional continues to leave a positive impact on society, embodying the values of Accelerate Prosperity and taking strides towards a prosperous and empowered Pakistan.
